Pablo is co-founder and CEO of Clicars.com, the leading digital car dealership in Spain with +600 employees and over 270+ million euros in revenues while being profitable and cash flow positive, culminating in a successful exit to the PSA Group (4th car manufacturer in the world). Clicars won the South Summit Best Team Award (among 3,000+ startups) and was chosen as the The New Business of the Year by the European Business Awards (among 30,000+ companies in Europe).
Pablo began his professional career at Boston Consulting Group from where he moved to banking, becoming the youngest executive vice president at Banco Santander where he led the bank's strategy in the United States as a member of the management committee.
Pablo graduated from Harvard Business School and from Complutense University winning the extraordinary graduation award and the national award for the best academic transcript in Spain.
Pablo is director of the Ethos Investment (a Harvard Alumni Investment Club) and has invested in 30+ startups, being one of the most active business angels in Spain.
Pablo holds several world swimming records, including the Guinness World Record for the Longest Distance Swam in the Ocean and The Fastest Person to Swim 100 kilometers in the Ocean for which he was nominated by the World Open Water Association to the Performance of the Year Award. All his records have a supportive background to remove plastic from the oceans through his Oceans.club social project.
